Mr. Franco Io has been the General Manager of the LN Garden Hotel, Guangzhou since 2013. He is an American national, and was born in Macau. He started in the hospitality industry over 30 years ago as a doorman. Today, he is also leading the fifth installment of the Lingnan Group and the flagship boutique hotel, LN Hotel Five, to new heights using his years of experience to excel in guest experience and hotel management.

Chef Robert Conaway joined the LN Garden Hotel, Guangzhou team in 2015 as the Western Executive Chef. His began his professional career 30 years ago in an ice cream parlor, and since that time has worked at some of the finest restaurants throughout the world. He brings his signature blend of American and international cuisine to Guangzhou. Gourmands from all over the world come to enjoy his scrumptious creations.

Mr. Ivan Lo started in the hospitality industry over 24 years ago in Hong Kong and joined the team at the LN Garden Hotel, Guangzhou in April of 2016 as the Director of Rooms. His favorite thing about this industry is the opportunity to meet wonderful people and make life-long friends.

Henry started working with LN Garden Hotel in 2006 as a Restaurant Manager and since then has been constantly moving up his career path by working in diverse departments.
Ms. Olive Cui has worked in the hospitality industry for over 21 years, initially as a reservations clerk. Today she utilizes her skills and knowledge to bring the guest experience to new heights. As the Guest Services Manager, she has an enduring love for people, not only for the guests, but also for her colleagues.

Joined in 2017, Heather brings in sales expertise and leads the business development for the Korean market at LN Garden Hotel.
Ms. Ho joined LN Garden Hotel in 2013 as a front desk executive at hotel’s apartments and now is the Resident Experience Manager. Her journey over 5 years has presented her with learning opportunities eventually helping her grow in her field.
A hospitality industry veteran Ms. Eri Tremble brings over 20 years of versatile experience. At LN Garden Hotel, she serves as the Director of Sales and is responsible for the Consulate accounts, Chamber of Commerce accounts and the Japanese markets.
Cecilia Zhu joined LN Garden Hotel in July 2016 and since then has been working across various departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage and Finance. Working with LN Garden Hotel provided her chance to meet mentors and leaders who has been influential in guiding her in her career path.
Ms. Lai joined as a management trainee and has been extensively working on managing large scale events. Her core responsibilities also include managing hotel’s wechat account and expanding media relations.
Starting with humble beginning of management trainee in 2016, Ms. Guo has developed her skills and potential and now works as Assistant Manager in Public Relations department. She believes as a hospitality professional, one needs to consider guests as their highest priority and work towards it.
With more than 20 years of hospitality experience, Ms. Zheng brings in extensive experience and knowledge to her role as a Restaurant Manager at LN Garden Hotel. She has keen eye to detail and is proactive in promoting the restaurant.
